Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We offer shipping across the United States.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping, however, we are willing to make some exceptions on a case by case basis. Please contact us at support@pennyspixies.com if you need international shipping.
Shipping Rates
- Domestic: Standard shipping of $5.00 Flat rate (or free for orders over $70.00)
- Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout.
Processing Time
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday- Friday) after the order is placed. Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.
- Custom Orders: If you’ve placed a custom order, processing times may be longer. Please contact us at support@pennyspixies.com for specific details.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Domestic): 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping (Domestic): 2-3 business days after processing.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and can range from 7-21 business days after processing.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times and can vary based on carrier delays, customs processing for international orders, and other unforeseen factors.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International Orders: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your destination country. These additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Customs Processing: Please be aware that international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Penny’s Pixies is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you realize there’s an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@pennyspixies.com.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@pennyspixies.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send a replacement.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us immediately. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.
Changes and Cancellations
- Order Changes: If you need to make changes to your order or shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes.
- Order Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the order can be cancelled.
