Toby was the smallest train in the yard, always given the easiest jobs—but he dreamed of proving he could do more. When a fierce storm left the big trains unable to deliver urgent supplies, Toby saw his chance. With rain pouring and winds howling, he bravely chugged forward, repeating, "I think I can, I think I can."
