At Penny’s Pixies, we want you and your little ones to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the process as easy as possible.
Return Policy

Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Additionally, items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number and proof of purchase with your return. This helps us process your return more efficiently.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Exchange Policy

Exchanges: We understand that sometimes the size or style may not be quite right. If you need to exchange your item for a different size or style, please contact our customer service team at support@pennyspixies.com to initiate the exchange process.

Exchange Process: Once your original item is received and inspected, we will ship out your replacement item. If the replacement item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement item is of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your original item. We will notify you by email when your new item is on its way.
Damaged or Defective Items
- Receiving a Damaged or Defective Item: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@pennyspixies.com with your order number and a photo of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including providing a replacement or refund if necessary.
