Refund policy

At Penny’s Pixies, we want you and your little ones to love our products as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help make the process as easy as possible.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or altered. Additionally, items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number and proof of purchase with your return. This helps us process your return more efficiently.

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
